Reviving Scientific Curiosity: The Royal Society’s Summer Science Exhibition Returns with a Bounty of Discoveries and Virtual Content!

The Summer Science Exhibition of 2024 will take place in July.

The Royal Society is excited to announce the return of the Summer Science Exhibition, a free event showcasing groundbreaking research from across the UK. This year, visitors will have the opportunity to explore 14 interactive flagship exhibits, including real ice core samples from Antarctica, brain scanners, waste transformed into stunning art, and the fascinating realm of stem cell and embryo research.

In addition to in-person attendance, online visitors will also be able to experience the excitement of the exhibition floor through virtual content. This includes livestreamed demonstrations, exclusive interviews with scientists whose work is featured, and talks on cutting-edge science. Over 300 scientists whose work is showcased at the event will be attending and happy to share their insights with attendees.

The venue for this year’s Summer Science Exhibition is The Royal Society located at 6-9 Carlton House Terrace, London, SW1Y 5AG.
