New Ownership of 1326 Old Northern Blvd: Roslyn Pharmacy Expands its Presence in the Real Estate Market with $1.95 Million Purchase

Office property in Roslyn fetches $1.95 million in sale

Roslyn Pharmacy, an affiliate of a pharmacy business, recently purchased an office property for $1.95 million. The 6,034-square-foot building on .15 acres, located at 1326 Old Northern Blvd, was sold by Musik Properties LLC. Stephen Preuss, Kevin Louie, and Eric Delafraz of RIPCO Real Estate represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

According to Louie, the buyer intends to occupy the office building once Summer Discovery vacates by the end of the year. The iconic building will be utilized for its own operations after construction and business plans are finalized. There is short-term income for the buyer while they wait for their plans to come to fruition.

The brokers received several offers at the asking price within 30 days of marketing the property. The sale of this centrally located asset marks a significant milestone in Roslyn’s real estate market.
