Update 1.44 for Gran Turismo 7 Introduces New Cars, World Circuit Events, and Additional Features

The iconic Toyota GT-One (TS020) back into the game, alongside three new cars and additional content in Gran Turismo 7’s patch 1.44 update. The cars added are the Lamborghini Urus ’18, Audi R8 Coupé V10 plus ’16, and the Toyota GT-One (TS020) ’99. Additionally, players at Collector Level 41 and above can access the Jaguar menu in Extra Menus section (Extra Menu No. 37).

The three new World Circuit Events include the European Clubman Cup 600 at Blue Moon Bay Speedway – Infield A Reverse, Schwarzwald League at High Speed Ring Reverse, and World Touring Car 900 at the 24 Heures du Mans race track. Players will also have access to limited-time stickers from Highspeed Étoile’, an official TV animation series that is set to premiere in Japan in April 2024.

The Fukushima Curation has been included as a featured Scapes destination for players to explore during this update. Gran Turismo 7 was launched in March 2022 for PlayStation 4 and 5 and received a positive review from IGN with a score of 9/10. Series development chief Kazunori Yamauchi has praised the game’s active player base since its release.
