Quotes Needed for Water Treatment Technology Services by CDCR

The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is in search of maintenance, calibration, inspection, and repair services for the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system at the California State Prison, Solano water treatment plant. The performance period for this agreement is set to run from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2027, with an initial agreement not exceeding $180,000 as outlined in the RFQ documents.

Interested vendors are required to participate in a mandatory walk-through of the facility before submitting a quote package. Walk-throughs must be scheduled through Martha Gallegos and Billy Ray Butler by April 5. The deadline to submit a bid package is 2 p.m. on May 7. Ashley Koewler is the point of contact for this RFQ.

If deemed in the best interest of the CDCR, the resulting agreement may be amended to extend the term and/or increase funding consistent with the original Scope of Services. Vendors should ensure they complete the walk-through and submit their bid packages on time to be considered for this opportunity.
